IV. Return Policy.
No returns will be accepted after
15 days
of initial shipment arrival to the customer. Basic wheel configuration
(Cross laced wheel made out of chrome plated steel rim and polished
stainless steel round spokes, polished or chrome plated hub),
Standard size round spokes or spoke kits, chrome plated pulley or
rotors as long as the merchandise was unused and in a fully resalable
condition (no stains, no damage, no abuse). All returns must have
its original packaging with
freight prepaid and insured.
All product returns will be assessed the industry standard
25% restocking fee.
Returns must be made within 15 days of "Return Authorization" date.
A copy of your receipt must accompany all returns.
All powder coated (except standard
spoke sets) or specially plated products cannot be returned for a
refund. Defective parts will be replaced. If a finish of an item is
not suitable, HDW may refinish to the best closest satisfactory
match (may subject of an additional fee).
Special Offer Sales: All sales are
considered FINAL, items are non returnable.
Absolutely no returns, credits or
exchanges once items are installed.
