Payment:

Minimum 50% prepayment is required when order is accepted and the balance is due prior to delivery. Dealer orders and terms are subject to prior negotiation

We accept Credit Cards, Checks and Many Orders.

 

Delivery Time:     

Product will be ready for shipment in 1-4 weeks. We can provide an estimated shipping date at the time the order is placed.

 

Warranty:

HDW warrants to the original owner that all HDW wheels and accessories are free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase.

 

Return:

:All claims must be made within 15 days of receipt. No returns will be accepted without previous authorization. A 15% restocking fee will be charged unless the return is the result of defective parts. No COD on return shipment. All parts must be returned in original package; customer is responsible for parts damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
